How do I work?
It is important to me that we can relate with trust and honesty when we work together. I am flexible to pick from various techniques and models and addopt them to what fits best for you. My therapy approach is based on the newest therapy research and includes both cognitive and pragmatic behavioural tools as well as the possibility to work with existential themes and deeper root causes.
This provides you both with pragmatic tools and strategies that you support you immediately. We can then together dive into the deep underlying emotions and trauma.

For your individual session, we can meet in Stockholm or online. I am also available on a monthly basis to meet in Copenhagen and Malmö. For sessions in Copenhagen and Malmö, please contact me directly through email.As my client you also get access to my client community with monthly group calls.
